An interactive yoga manual, Exploring Yoga in 3D introduces you to some of the common poses of the practice. The 3D animations here are clearer than any text description could be, though the accompanying noises can get annoying. The guide gives you the opportunity to play every movement forward and backward at any speed, and even to rotate the model. The trial version only presents half of the 30 postures found in the full version and disables the 3D rotation. Anyone with an existing yoga practice will likely find Exploring Yoga in 3D too limited a reference, but those just beginning their practices will get a decent primer here.Publisher's description
From Explore-It! :Animated islanders present more than 30 basic yoga postures, or asanas. Rotate the characters as they move into each pose and study correct positioning. Exploring Yoga in 3D is a fully interactive introduction to yoga. The journey takes you to several temples on an enchanted island. Navigate via a map of the island to visit each temple at any time and review poses. The history and benefits of yoga, proper breathing techniques, related concepts, and basic poses and movements are covered.

Version: Exploring Yoga in 3D 1.0f
"Great for beginners. Excellent visual and interactive interface to learn poses"
Pros: The 3D graphics make understanding the poses easy to learn. This is important for beginners. It's also nice to have the ability to repeat the execution of the poses.
Cons: Not instinctive to use. A little confusing learning to navigate the software. But once you learn it (which doesn't take a terribly long time) it's smooth.
