i loved smart panel before this ... it worked fine with XP and even when we first installed vista it worked SOME fo the time

Since I upgraded to 10.2 that smart pannel buttons are unusued. I bought a 880 printer and a 1250 Photo scanner and I'm still waiting for the X drivers. If I were you I would feel ashamed.
Next time won't buy Epson products but full supported labels. I paid 100% price and they gave me half-working product. :-( -

I went to Epson home page and got the right patch for Panther and it took care of my problems with epson smart panel.
