EJS TreeGrid is DHTML component for Web designers and developers, written in pure JavaScript to display and edit data on HTML page in table, grid, tree view or grid with tree on HTML page. Uses XML data format. Automatically communicates with server via AJAX (without page submit) or by standard page submit. Supports SOAP services. Supports any server environments such as ASP, ASP.NET, PHP, Java Servlets, JSP, Cold Fusion, supports up to millions rows in grid or tree at once. EJS TreeGrid is client component and runs on IE 5.5+, Mozilla 1.0+, Firefox 1.0+, Navigator 6.0+, Opera 7.60+ and their clones. Functions: Key or mouse control. Rows editing, adding, deleting, copying/moving/dragging by mouse, sorting by more columns, filtering by more columns like in MS Excel. Columns resizing, moving/dragging by mouse. CSS styles. User JavaScript events. Calculated fields. Configuration saved to cookies. Scrolling of parts of content.

What's new in this version:

  • Added new column Type='Gantt'to generate Gantt chart according to the column and cell attributes for Gantt. The gantt() function no longer exists.
  • Added to specify number of columns to them is divided Columns menu
  • Added new cell type "Abs", absolutely postioned more items inside the cell
  • Added events OnMouseMove, OnMouseDown, OnMouseUp
