From Roxio:This file upgrades the core applications of Easy CD Creator Deluxe software versions 4.0 and above to version 4.01 or 4.02. The Standard or Deluxe version will be upgraded automatically, depending on which version is installed on the target machine. This core version is in English only.

Summary: You will still need this update though, as the 4.05 update requires that 4.02 be installed...

"did not work with window's me"
Summary: i downloaded it, going to install it and it say's old file not found then under my old cd creator its say upgrade to the new deluxe creator
