"In my area, it's the best going"
Pros: It works fine, has a pretty good proprietary mail system if you can find it on their website - if not, you are stuck with MS Outlook Express
Cons: They try to force you to use MS IE - which cratered 4 times before I could Firefox loaded. Their website needs major improvement as it tends to loop you around in circles back to the home page without giving you the help you are looking for
Summary: In my area, this seems to be a better choice the Time Warner Road runner
