Best email program out there.
Cons
Be careful. After curing a small problem I downloaded and wiped out all previous email. Restore saved me.

The design and function are above most other products I have used. It handle unwanted email well. It also has a blocking system that allows you to view before the emails are deleted
Cons
Wiindows has problems with Earthlink and does not advise the use with windows 7. I have noticed that it does seem to slow down the computer the longer it is used.
Summary
I have been using this product for five years. Nothing else is as well designed and functional. There are problems with Windows 7. I can't seem to get it to send and I haven't found anyone that can fix the problem.

Not completed installation at all - ask for money after it messed my computer with installation process.

Installation was not finished: you need to manually removed. I would categorize this as SPAM

When used along with other Earthlink software programs I feel that my computer is fully protected, very functional and user friendly.

It works fine, has a pretty good proprietary mail system if you can find it on their website - if not, you are stuck with MS Outlook Express
Cons
They try to force you to use MS IE - which cratered 4 times before I could Firefox loaded. Their website needs major improvement as it tends to loop you around in circles back to the home page without giving you the help you are looking for
Summary
In my area, this seems to be a better choice the Time Warner Road runner
