From Art Age Software:

EPS Factory is an image utility that can convert any Level 1 PostScript file into a properly conforming EPS file, complete with optional previews and thumbnails. In addition, EPS Factory can add previews, fix bounding boxes, distill PostScript code, and translate files from PostScript to EPS. Version 1.0.1 updates the developer contact information and makes other minor improvements.
