People who want options don't get it. This is a perfect app for making big graphic files into smaller JPEGs. I scan in film at 4000dpi, edit it in photoshop and save all of my tiff files to a DVD. After that, I need to decrease the size of the documents to make them easier to deal with and to keep my hard disc from filling up in a few weeks.
DropJPG makes this quick and painless. It is an essential part of my workflow. If you want some massive graphic conversion app, go find one. If you want something simple that works without dialog boxes and splash screens and other stuff slowing you down, this is your app.
I have used this app for about four years now and I LOVE it.

The description on VT says it does one thing and I just tried it and it does it very well and quickly. Why would anyone read about this app, download and install it and then rate it low because it doesn't do a lot of things that it didn't say it was going to do in the first place;-) -

This is a one trick pony. It only converts Images to JPG. Go for Imagewell. It can do so much more, even in the free version.
