With this utility you can use the thousands of free desktop themes available on both Windows 95 and NT 4.0 systems without having to buy Plus. Desktop Themes supports automatic installation and uninstallation of themes, installation and removal of start-up and shutdown screens, and is also a full theme editor, allowing you to create your own themes for distribution with just a few mouse clicks.

Pros
I just recently tried to re- download this and am not having good success for some reason and it doesn't seem to be the product it was a few years ago, maybe it isn't.
Mispelled words always make me wary. It's no longer the easy fun and functional.Cons
It used to be very easy to create your own themes and sounds and a lot of fun even for a beginner. Quite simple to work with and very versatile.
Summary
I downloaded it recently and had to remove over 40 malaware that were wrapped in the themes that you can easily download to desktop themes. This is so unfortunate. BEWARE!!!!! I couldn't even get the program to open up properly as it had in the past. It is in tied into many malware desktop theme programs out on the web, sorry to say. I spent an evening cleaning my computer off regrettably. CNET Please check into this further.

if you cant delete it...

I paid for the software, after trying it out 2 times, thinking it worked, I asked for any help, there was no need for an answer.......A disgrace for the Shareware-community
