"Top-drawer in every respect"

on December 18, 2000

Summary: Was having serious problems with 970Cse printer until updating my drive and cleaning b oth cartridges. Now all is outstanding and HP swapped my 970 CSe with a new (or well-refurbished) 97Cxi.
