More an apprentice than a master, this DVD cover creator does little more than resize images and print them at an appropriate size. On the positive side, DVD-Cover Printmaster comes with a large database of cover sizes. However, it provides no editing tools. It can't automatically search and retrieve covers on the Web. The Search button just opens the program's Web site, displaying a few links to cover-search sites. In our tests, the program crashed several times. The developer didn't even bother to handle the situation that occurs if you don't have a printer installed. This application is not recommended.Publisher's description

Simply select the images for your cover template and the program will automatically resize the images for you. Makes it easy to create great looking covers for any cases. Import covers direct from a website by simply dragging the images from the website and dropping it directly to the cover canvas. Use the Print Preview feature to quickly preview your design and save ink.

Pros: my needs were simple: a program that has good support for templates for CD and DVD covers. You can offcourse use MS-Word with a table, but they get resized all the time and stuff.
With this program you can select one of the predefined templates (with the correct sizes) or create one yourself.
You can then easily add the images.
it has a quickstart tutorial right at the mainpage the moment you start it
Cons: it's layout is hidious

"Only in German, doesn't respond to commandlines, and gives numerous errors"
Pros: None I could see unfortuneatly
Cons: Every action taken results in an error message. The only language supported is German. Unable to load a cover from my HDD and commands throught the window pane result in nothing. I'm sorry, what a BAD program

"Looks cheap but works perfect."
Pros: Easy in use and you can change the default sizes of the templates.
Cons: The preview don't change in the program, but only the print preview does.
