Run an E-Commerce site or are you developing one? Using QuickBooks or QuickBooks Point of Sale for your Accounting Management? Courier is your messenger between your QuickBooks and your E-Commerce web site. It transfers data between these two entities so you don't have to, saving you allot of time. Items as they are setup in your QuickBooks can be transferred to the web. Tools are provided to help format this data and add data that would not be available in QuickBooks such as Image data. Customer's information can be synchronized to and from the web. Category Data, tools are provided to create and manage category data in a logical easy to understand way. Orders placed online can be instantly downloaded into your QuickBooks the moment that they are placed. Not only does this input the order into your Quickbooks immediately but it updates your stock levels. Never hand key an order from your web store every. All orders will be automatically imported for you. Inventory levels will be synchronized with the web store automatically. This is extremely helpful for those companies that have a physical storefront or take phone orders. Stock levels will be changing on the QuickBooks side as orders are keyed in. These stock levels will be automatically exported the web, effectively preventing the sale of items that are not in stock. Courier features a number of add-ons that extend the functionality of Courier. With a purchase of a license you will receive a number of them, including functions such as Excel data import. New add-on modules are coming out all the time. Need custom functionality or some logic to be performed when orders are imported such as e-mailing or sorting of some kind, or Item data needs to be manipulated before going to the web?
