  Summary

  Based on the trial I would not buy. A trial should be full use for at least one day. Just as well as they appear to be crooked from the other reviews.

  Pros

  Product worked after the second download.

  Cons

  The first download didn't complete. When I attempted the download again it worked successfully. However, it generated two charges on my credit card. I protested the second with my CitiCard successfully. Six months later I got charged a second time, on both! No Email notification, no explanation. I am protesting both charges since I did not sign up for annual fees, especially not twice on the same day. I tried contacting "support." I get replies back from CandySoft at 1:00 am. That tells you they are overseas. They are a joke. The Emails ask for your order number. If they don't have an order number, why are they charging my card in my name? They ask for an Email address. On three replies, I pointed to my address in the header and once wrote it in the body. It must be an automated reply since they don't actually interact with you or read what you wrote.

  Terrible billing and customer service. Once they get your credit card number, you're in trouble

  Pros

  Product worked after the second download. Was able to successfully reload my music files from a backup after a crash.

  Cons

  Once they get your credit card data they will just keep charging you. They also have changed their name several times indicating a company in trouble. Avoid these people. There must be better answers out there

  This company does not allow you access to your account info. They have no phone support. The only way to contact them is through opening a ticket. They will charge your credit card over and over and not respond You were warned<br /><br /><span class='notifyMsg'> Updated </span>on Feb 10, 2012<p/>These clowns never responded. I was able to get a refund through my credit card rather easily. As soon as they saw that this company cannot be contacted through a legitimate phone number they issued a refund. Spread the word. This is a scam company

  I had read good reviews of this product on CNet. Not only did it not work, but after I cancelled it, they continue to charge me annually. No one answers e-mails. I have opened several "tickets" per their request, with no answer at all. They have no phone number. DO NOT GET THIS PRODUCT!

  Support does not tell you that once songs are transfered from ipod to pc then you sync your ipod with itunes you will loose EVERYTHING except for 30 seconds of each song!

  Here is what support says "Our application will only read and transfer the data on your iPod,but it cannot back up any copy.It is tool for backing up your data on your iPod" also said "The trail version can only copy about 30 seconds of each songs. If your iPod also have the 30 seconds of each songs,we are afraid that you have synced your iPod with your iTunes after you transferred all your songs by using the trial version.It is eays for iTunes erase the data from iPod" I cant believe what I was hearing....They need to tell you this BEFORE you try their crappy product!

• Transferring music from Ipod to Itunes was easy

  Pros

  Was able to transfer all of my music off of an old and failing iPod into iTunes on my computer pretty easy. It also created a file in my computer and placed all my music files in case I want to transfer them to another computer or electronic device.

  Cons

  Only problem is that it does not transfer photos and videos.

  Summary

  Product works as advertised. I was even able to download the program to another laptop and use the program with another iTune account, while using the same key they provided me (without having to pay for the program, again)
