Compaq Scandisk Timeout Fix

From Compaq:

Softpaq provides a fix for Compaq products experiencing difficulty (time-out messages or "Blue Screen" errors) when running applications that require no user input for an extended time. Without this Softpaq, Windows 2000 Power Management may not always recognize hard drive activity and will allow the system to go into a "Standby" state if no other input is given. This problematic condition is most commonly seen with Scandisk being run on Windows 2000 systems with large IDE or SCSI hard drives.
