When my wife saw it, she went enthusiastic and wanted me to install it on her Mac too! After installing I logged out / in, just as recommended by the installer, and cleardock works fine in 10.4.7. ...restart/logout<br />This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.<br />It's been kind of mentioned below, but since this is one of my favorite little utilies that I immediately install on every Mac, I wanted people to know that ClearDock 1.4 definitely works on my new MacBook Intel, using 10.4.7. You just need to logout (our restart) in order to get it to work.

I was beginning to think this was never going to happen. And I have my doubts that the one who makes Transparent Dock will never come out with a Universal on . I just so glad someone did and it works great as well.

ClearDock removes the semi-transparent white background from the Dock under Mac OS X 10.2 "Jaguar" so the Dock icons are "floating" on top of your desktop picture. Alternatively, you can specify the color and opacity of the Dock background and application triangles to suit your tastes.
