Version: ClamWin Antivirus 0.88
Pros: This antivirus detection is very good.It actually found many threats which other antivirus tools failed to detect.Low on memory and it's free.
Cons: No real-time protection so better use Avg or Avast.

Version: ClamWin Antivirus 0.88
Pros: This is one of those "sleepers" out there in freeware land. Not a bad anti-virus program. It boasts real-time monitoring along with other options. File size of just under 6 MB is rather small for a anti-virus program and does not bog your system down.
I must say after running this It found a virus hiding in my system that AVG did not EVER find!!! Give this one a try, the price is right and it installs AND uninstalls easily.
Overall not bad
Cons: The look of this program is... how can I say this.....UGLY But hey it works

Version: ClamWin Antivirus 0.88
Pros: It's free. Seems pretty through. A portable version for removable devices can be found at protableapps.com which is pretty useful.
Cons: Doesn't include real-time protection. Scans slow. Not a replacement for other antivirus progs, but useful for a back-up or to carry around.

Version: ClamWin Antivirus 0.88
Pros: It finds all sorts of viruses and has automatic updates.
Cons: It is not that flashy and doesn't have alot of features. It also can't be dectected by windows security center. It is also very slow to update. You would be better off you intergrate it into spyware terminator.

Version: ClamWin Antivirus 0.88
"One of the best trojan detector..."
Pros: I think this is one of the best back-up on demand malware scanner that we should have on our pc. It detected some trojans that are not detected by my anti-trojans (Ewido and A-Squared). I was surprised, as this was an open gnu software. Just like a clam as the name suggest... it sucks up and checks all files on our system and nothing could escape from its vacuum like trails when it runs. Very reliable and thorough. Try it and I am sure after the scans it really can find something that your other "anti" has miss up.
Cons: Its GUI lacks budget(he, he just kidding) but its just ok as long as it's effective. Another thing is that it scans very slow...but I'm not surprised though, maybe they've name it ClamWin coz of this very slow scanner. So the next time you saw another anti-virus which has a name of Turtle then don't expect that it'll run like a horse. Also I cannot update it using my limited acct when surfing the net, unlike the previous version, I wonder why it changed this way. But overall, ClamWin is very effective even if its slow.
