You simply cannot ask for more from a free game

Pros
The game is very slick and has an amazing amount of depth from signing unknown bands to signing bands at the top of the tree (provided you can afford them and someone else doesnt get in there first) to building recording studios and hirering staff to run your departments.

The game doesn't have music samples but i think thats a good thing as i have played a very rubbish record label game before that did use music samples and it was awful, anyone who has played championship manager will feel reletivaly comfortable playing this title. I honestly think this could make a commercially releaseable game with a few modifications and updates to the skin and database.

To put this game is a little box or compare it this is abit like Championship Manager meets Capitalism for the music industry. Very highly recommended ! Well worth downloading if nothing else but to try it out.
Cons
ok this games isnt without its flaws firstly there is a big lag in loading the next day (although this can be rectified by switching off internet security which i wouldnt recommend if your online while playing this game.) Also it loves to crash if you do something it doesnt like. Although this are very frustrating if you save regularily (which is another thing no auto-save) it wont affect you too much. A instruction manual or tutorial would be helpful as there are a couple of things that could do with explaining there full benefits to you doing/building that thing or agreeing that figure.

Pros
I really loved that you could manage all of your favorite bands, and edit everything with the seperate editing program. Plenty of detail like organising tours and picking which songs should appear on the albums.
Cons
Inexplicably long loading times! And it tends to crash pretty frequently. I don't know if this just happened to my game or everybody's, but the game would not get past November 2nd at all. Even starting a new game, the second that date rolled around it would crash. That really disappointed me because I actually really liked the game!

Pros
The depth and accuracy of the database are excellent. Game play is fun and addictive. Has us wating in anticipation for the next level.
Cons
Some of the interactions that happen in a real world record label would work well here. For instance, the ability to place a recording artist in rehab would be nice. It would also be great to be able to cancel a tour in the middle and deal with the fan response to such an action.
