I installed in on Windows 7 and it worked great. For the people who are not familiar with how to add the keyboard in Control Panel, may be a Readme file would have been useful.

This is not a phonetic keyboard. If the program did anything, it was to slow down my computer - now I have to run anti-spyware software to be sure it was legit.
If you need a phonetic keyboard, keep looking. This is not it.Summary

Everything's alright. Nothing "not to like" about this one. A readme file describing how exactly to apply the layout would be helpful but that's a minor flaw, if a flaw at all...
Summary
I've been looking for something like this for a long time not knowing what a phonetic keyboard layout is. Now that I know, I'm really happy I do. Many thanks to Iliya Dankov for his work, it made my life easier :)

"Not working for my Vista"

Easy to Install and work with. Works fine with XP.
Cons
After adding it to the rest languages, it is not recognized by my Vista Home Premium 64 and it is not able to switch to it. My other computer has Vista Ultimate and it worked there but not on this one.
