Next, you can choose the new keyboard layout from the windows control panel-Regional and Language Options-Text services and input languages.

Version: Bulgarian Phonetic Keyboard Layout 1.0.3
Pros: Easy to Install and work with. Works fine with XP.
Cons: After adding it to the rest languages, it is not recognized by my Vista Home Premium 64 and it is not able to switch to it. My other computer has Vista Ultimate and it worked there but not on this one.
