BookmarkSync is unlike other web-based bookmark utilities. It is a unique system that enables real-time automatic bookmark synchronization between all your different browsers, computers, and operating systems. Add a bookmark to Internet Explorer at work, and it will automatically update your Firefox browser at home and your Safari browser on your Mac. It supports Unicode so it works for bookmarks in all languages.
BookmarkSync allows you to use SSL to securely access your bookmarks from the Web, anywhere in the world. You can share your favorites with anyone else on the Web. You can access your links through mobile devices, RSS feeds, or publish your favorites using javascript or JSON feeds. Supports English, Danish, German, French, Dutch, Czech, and Spanish languages. Version 2.3.2 includes recent bug fixes and feature enhancements.

"Less than useless! Deletes your bookmarks."
Pros: It eliminates duplicates..........read below.
Cons: This program will remove bookmarks AND folders without telling you. Zero stars. It will take me MONTHS to recover from the damage that this program has done.
The neat organization I had, has been wiped out when it deleted many of my folders.

"Didnt' work, can't retrieve favorites"
Cons: I downloaded this software, and immediately noticed it takes all of your favorites out of IE, it does not just copy them. Then I went to the software's website and logged in, and my favorites were not there either. I emailed tech support and have gotten no response.
