It doesn't work correctly. Period.
Cons
This is a buggy product that will drive you crazy. Even worse, they require a paid subscription for even a moderate amount of bookmarks. After the first year, however, you will get automatically billed but your subscription will not be reactivated.
Summary
This product is loaded with bugs. It will stop functioning completely in Firefox for no apparent reason and just trying deleting ANYTHING: I t will keep coming back. And don't add new bookmark folders and expect them to sync properly. Just try to get ANY support from this company. It's a great void. They don't respond to any emails ... EVER. This product is total and complete ripoff. Try XMarks. It's free and it's reliable. Bookmarksync and its same-named product sync2it are both total pieces of crap.

This program will remove bookmarks AND folders without telling you. Zero stars. It will take me MONTHS to recover from the damage that this program has done.
The neat organization I had, has been wiped out when it deleted many of my folders.

I downloaded this software, and immediately noticed it takes all of your favorites out of IE, it does not just copy them. Then I went to the software's website and logged in, and my favorites were not there either. I emailed tech support and have gotten no response.

Bad Software Quality - it will not handle unicode (2byte) ascii characters nor non-alphanumeric characters. The auther does very little effort to update or fix any of the problems. I will not recommand anyone to pay for this software.

You don't need to do nothing, install in your PCs and enjoy! Everytime you add or change or del a bookmark, Sync2It will ever maintain synchronized!
Cons
Sometimes, when I access a PC with Sync2It that I don't access a lot of time, they consider that this PC is the most actual and del some new links I added. But this is occasionally, not the rule. And you can use the undelete tool. And I'm sorry to my bad english (I try!).

Very simple installation and use; product does seem to keep bookmarks for browsers on the same system (Firefox, IE) and across systems (work, home) synced. You can also access a copy of your bookmarks on their website (e.g. if you're on someone else's machine).
Synchronization is very fast, and is handled automatically whenever you change your bookmarks (or you can set it up to only happen manually). Handles proxies properly.
Cons
One minor issue: I have a different Quick Links toolbar in IE at work and at home, and using this utility forced my work Quick Link bar to have the same contents as my home machine.
