"OK, but cannot modify basic strategy"

Pros
Good graphics, simple UI can be mastered in seconds. Dividing the hands into lessons based upon the difficulty of the hands is great! This allows users to repeat whatever is most difficult for them. IT"S FREEWARE!
Cons
User is locked in to one and only one BJ basic strategy. No surrender!
Summary
Most serious BJ players that would take time to practice, either learn several strategies for various decks and house rules combinations or (like me) always play the same number of decks and house rules. If your game is not the one chosen by the developer, you're out of luck. The strategy chosen by the developer covers most games, but without the ability to modify the basic strategy, you will not win as much as you could.
If you just want to learn to count cards, then this a good free tool, but again you are limited to one counting strategy. -
"Only a teaching tool, doesn't let you play hands."

Teaches blackjack in a simple and straightforward manner.
Cons
Doesn't let you finish hands or practice counting, just gives you initial hands and tells you whether you choose correctly or incorrectly.
Summary
Doesn't even build up hands, e.g., if you start with a 4 & 2 and choose to stand (duh!), you never get to see the next card, it starts a new deal. So, only good for people learning the game, not for someone who wants to practice while they are playing. Can't actually bet or perform other game functions. Good at what it does, just be aware that you can't turn teaching mode off.

Simple, Effective, laid out into progressive lessons to let you ease into learning the basic strategy. Flexible filters allow you to choose areas that you want to work on.
Cons
Does not offer a full blackjack simulation. Seems to show some combinations more than others (not truly random)
Summary
I spent about an hour with this tutor in my Vegas hotel room and knew enough to play most basic strategy at the tables that night. Just picked up a strategy card from the hotel gift shop to fill in some of rarer situations and I was all set.
Some more time with the program would make you flawless.Also includes running count for all you aspiring card counters.
