From Bitstream :The Charter font family by Bitstream is a collection of type that works well as a small text font. Its characters have small, Egyptian-style slab serifs that increase its legibility at smaller point sizes. Charter also has separate bold and italic descriptions, giving the font a clean look regardless of character formatting. The download contains both TrueType and PostScript font files.

Pros: The vendor website is very useful and beautiful, and offers high quality fonts for $$$
Cons: This should be listed as MAC only, because you cannot install this on a PC. Furthermore, the vendor website does not show a PC version of this font for free.
