Pros: The product works as advertised once you get it installed.
Cons: Poor tech support

"trouble loading after reboot, must reboot several times"
Pros: easy to use, 3 user levels, novice , intermediate, and expert.
Cons: If you reboot it won't load until after reboot several times, bitdeffender tells to reboot and if problem continues contact customer support, Has it own bug report which I filed, plus sent numerous online reports, but with no reply from tech support.
Summary: Running Vista on 1 and Win-7 on 2 laptops, all computers less then 2 yrs old.
the price was excellent and it covers licensing for 3 computers.
will be forced to un-install if they don't patch it soon with allot of bug fixes.

"Will not allow wireless printer to work"
Pros: The program looks beautiful, it just does not work as it states. Could not install brand new wireless printer with brand new laptop.
Cons: will not allow wireless printers to function or even see for that matter
Summary: Had hp tech out to my house ($300 trip) to attempt to get my new wireless printer to work on my new high end laptop (Intell quad processor, 8 g RAM). Could not get printer to work until uninstalling Bitdefender. Ended up going with AVG for free and ... read more >>

"Rocky upgrades and hinky license recognition"
Pros: Good, predictable performance...when everything is working properly.
Cons: We have used on an enterprise level for several years. Horrible problems upgrading to 2010 version. Worse, continuing problems recognizing our multiple licenses leaves us wondering if some workstations go without protection.
Summary: We're probably going to migrate to a different product.
