Pros: Inexpensive.
Cons: Slow scan, slows computer, no response from customer service.

Pros: There arenot ANY !!
Cons: There must be a Central Bitdefender Problem
The problems Bugs for the 2009 Range are known for Months and still not Fixed ?It used to be a good programme but has lost its soul.
After booting 5 times the problems stays Uninstall/Reinstall Again

"Not reliable and no response from support."
Pros: Nice dashboard set up==easy to use.
Cons: As other reviews have listed, the virus scan function works for a week or two and then stops with an error. You have to reinstall to get it going again. No response from technical support after two weeks.
Summary: Major glitch makes it useless after several weeks.

"Doesn't run properly or update properly."
Pros: Highly rated as an antivirus product.
Cons: On-demand scanning stops working after a few days, apparently a known issue without a satisfactory resolution. Program may also crash WIndows Vista.

"If you enjoy corrupting Windows - this is for you."
Pros: It installed easily.
Cons: I installed BitDefender Antivirus and it detected and "fixed" numerous detected problems. After it fixed the problems - the desktop disappeared and Windows XP would not run.
Summary: If you enjoy playing with programs that corrupt your Windows XP installation - get a copy of this AntiVirus.
