"Very Difficult to understand"

Pros
Reservations assigned to employees is one good feature of this software.
Cons
All of it. its difficult to figure out how to set up the POS, employees and access levels. Setting up an employee is under a report menu??
I personally review Point Of Sale Software and this is one of the worst i have come accross. -

Pros
The problem is that they do not understand english. They do not stand by their word about offering a thirty day customer support after registration. They will treat you like dirt after they have received your money. They get you into the software by entering your information and then make you feel that you have to buy more support just to get the software to print. The software is $80.00 but the support costs you $250.00 dollars. Then, they tell you that it is not them, it is the printers that you are using. Just because you did not buy them from their company. If you buy the same brand and series at a lower cost from some one else they give you a hard time.
Cons
Customer support is a "JOKE" Some one that does not speak english very good and you can tell this by how many mistakes that they made on thier own website. The worst $80.00 that I have ever spent. "DO NOT BUY THIS SOFTWARE"
