For the most part, Bee Icons does all you need to customize your system icons. You have your choice of more than 50 elegant themes, or you can choose icons one by one. Before opening an icon package, you can immediately preview its contents. Our only quibble is that the program can't automatically assign icons to a folder based on properties such as content type, size, date, and so forth. It is possible to save your icon set to apply on other computers. For those in need of a quick and easy desktop refresh, Bee Icons is a fine solution.
