Purchased Dec 23rd, online download failed, contacted help on 23rd, ignored, contacted help 27th with one reply and still waiting on 29th and no fix. Emailed Frank Gibeau, President EA Games, FRUSTRATED! and no fix.

no consumer support<br /><br /><span class='notifyMsg'> Updated </span>on Dec 29, 2010<p/>Ea Game's is not interested in fullfilling my order and guess I will have to take more drastic action's to get what I paid for, it's bad that when you try to buy a legal copy of what you can get bootleg for free and you end up with noting and you paid for it!<br /><br /><span class='notifyMsg'> Updated </span>on Dec 30, 2010<p/>On the 8th day of my quest to download my purchase, EA came thru and fixed the problem, OH! What a pain this whole ordeal was.
