Installation requires internet access, else it hangs. Each conversion from docx to doc requires internet access. This software hijacks default internet browser's start-up page, installs blekko as default search engine without warning. These changes won't vanish even after uninstalling this stupid software. The software is less accurate and many times give error. I wonder how come this software exists in download.com

If you were going to pay $150, you might as well just buy microsoft office 2010 and let Office convert them for you - that was you also get the office package.
