.NET Wrapper for the Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS). Windows XP includes the Background Intelligent Transfer Service, a set of APIs to allow downloads to occur without impacting the user experience. This code wraps those APIs to provide a .NET style interface to the features of this service. Written using VB .NET but can be compiled and then used as a .NET assembly from C# or any other .NET language. This version is the first release on CNET Download.com.
