Summary
Happy with the product. I was frustrated with the Win7 built in cd burning facilities which seemed to be inconsistant and just not that straight forward to use. I didn't want various editing features and other extras and what not. Just a simple, easy to understand and quick to use cd burning tool. It totally delivers.
This is running on Win7 64 bit, and I am having no problems whatsoever.

Cons
V 6.8 went to the menu but crashed when I told it to copy a CD. It offered me the chance to upgrade so I downloaded the upgrade, V11. V 11 worked fine but it also installed a toolbar and changed my browser home page without my permission. V 11 is free for 30 days. You have to pay for it after that.
Summary
V 11 was easy to use and worked fine. I would have considered paying for it but I won't buy anything from a company that installs a toolbar and/or changes my home page without my permission. I can't trust them!

I think this is the most user friendly of burning programs I have evr used. When the time comes I will purchase the full program. I have used Ashampoo in the past and have been very pleased with its ease and use.

I was able to sort compilations, and randomize them where the Windows burning program kept alphabetizing them... Ashampoo helped me create some awesome compilations without taking up much time figuring out how!

Summary
I wanted something better than the built-in Windows 7 capability to burn files onto a CD or DVD. I used this product instead and it's superior because it doesn't force you to copy all the files to a temporary cache folder before you burn (it can work that way, but you can turn it off). Also it has the option to verify the files after burn and change the write speed. The interface is easier to work with because it's a separate application rather than being built in to Windows Explorer.

Fails to burn
Often the audio playback on my player in my car is lower than previous CD's burned using Sonic. (Ex. having to turn my music up to 28 to hear the music and my volume only goes to 31) Previously I could set the volume around 18 or 19. Not sure what is going on with thatSummary
All in all a good product. Mabye the volume thing is my fault, I'm not really sure but I hate having to turn the volume up so high and then when going back to the radio it's blasting my ear off. Sorry that is why I gave it a 3 star rating
