In addition to being tucked into a very user-friendly package, this full software suite comes without a price tag. Though many of Ashampoo Burning Studio's features are related, it's still absurd to think about doing this much in one program. Just about anything you could want to do with or to a CD, DVD, or Blu-ray is possible.
Ashampoo Burning Studio welcomed us with a nice interface. Burning, ripping and every other feature this program has to offer are well organized in a helpful menu. Simply choose the feature you want and Ashampoo Burning Studio walks you right through the process. If something goes wrong or you make a mistake, the program will automatically notify you and explain some potential fixes. Though experienced users might not like this level of hand-holding, it's awesome for rookies. The software doesn't output to a ton of formats, but it does give you the option of creating .iso files, which is a nice touch. The only downside is that the program repeatedly tries to install a toolbar to your browser and entice you into buying the full version. Though that alone might scare some folks off, it's not enough to ruin the program.
Ashampoo Burning Studio offers too many features to pass up when it comes to burning discs. The program isn't customizable, but people who aren't tech-savvy will appreciate the clean interface and helpful hints. More experienced users might want to avoid the program and find something that isn't so frustratingly simple.

so easy to use. does a nice job of most things you need to do for CDs and DVDs. is very easy to learn and use.

it looks like a great company has sold out to the devil . i hate to see that. this is one of the nicest programs available but the deceptions trump nice.
Summary
in the past i have highly recommended ashampoo to friends and customers. i could be sure they would be happy with it and figure out how to use everything. it was so good in fact that i told them to support this good company by purchasing after trying the free version. i support honest companies. i felt the company was of high integrity and i could trust them . but then the complaints started rolling in and everyone was mad at me for recommending such a deceptive company. i felt betrayed. i tried it myself and had to shut down as things were getting out of control. i was bitterly disappointed. there are a few companies that you can always trust. this was one. its a shame when companies get greedy or themselves are sold a bill of goods by evil outside influences. here is a company that had a great reputation and a great product. but i can no longer trust it for my friends. i hope this and other companies learn from this fall from grace. unfortunately i see this as the new normal and we, the public, should let it be known that this is not a good way to treat us. the software is nice the deception is part of what is harming the internet. now it may not even be the company that is doing this. i found software on several machines that adds in evil things no matter what you are downloading. it does it in a way that makes you believe your trusted company has gone bad. even some antivirus programs were offering program updates that contained evil add on garbage. if this is the case for ashampoo then i certainly owe them an apology. if it weren't for those sneaky dishonest, deceptive add on stuff, then i would highly recommend Ashampoo program and their company. they should jump on the company that is damaging their reputation.
