Despite its rather small library of picture frames, ArtBorders helps make your photos more attractive. The program's brightly colored and cheerful interface couldn't be easier to use; you simply open a shot, select a frame, tweak its coloring, then save or print the file. The application includes about 20 frames, which range in size, style, and subject matter. However, we wish ArtBorders offered more realistic-looking framing options, such as wood or metal ones. If you register the program, you can download more from the developer's Web site, but the trial version disables this option. Users who just need to spruce up their photos from time to time won't regret taking ArtBorders for a test drive.

ARTBorders allows you to make your photos look unique by adding beautiful artistic borders and frames to them. The program's unique feature is its capability to pick the colors of the border that match the style of the photograph's original color spectrum and to impart the unique, austere style to the produced images. ArtBorders improves image quality of bad scanned or "noised" photos and it lets you carry out various manipulations with images.

Version 1.3.4 features new improved Open Photo and Save Photo dialogs.
