Unlike with text documents, combining multiple PDF files is more than a matter of just copying and pasting. Fortunately, you don't have to drop a big chunk of change on Adobe Acrobat to be able to merge or split PDF files. Arduo PDF Merger is a simple program that can handle basic splitting and merging tasks. It's not the most sophisticated program we've ever seen, but it works fine for what it is.

The program's interface is plain and intuitive, with commonsense buttons for adding and removing files. To merge PDF files, users simply select the documents--and you must browse to them within the program, there's no dragging and dropping--arrange them in the desired order, and process them. Users can also split each PDF into individual pages and arrange the pages as desired. The split pages can then either be merged into a new document or exported to a folder to be used individually. That's pretty much the extent of what Arduo PDF Merger does; it's not heavy on features, and is by no means a comprehensive PDF editor. The program loses points for not having a Help file; although it's pretty easy to figure out, we always like to see some documentation. Overall, Arduo PDF Merger is a good choice for users who need an easy way to merge and split PDF files, but be aware that it's a pretty no-frills program.

Merge and Split PDF Files is easy with Arduo PDF Merger. You can split your PDF files or choose the whole file. You can reorder page and document and choose a new name for the output file. All choosen document can be merged into a new file.ArduoPDFMerger is a lite,freeware tool that: * can split a pdf file into many pdfs * can extract pages form a pdf file * can merge multiple pdf (or only a part) into a new pdfThis application requires .NET Framework 2.0. The application installer check its presence. If it is not installed, ArduoCss' installer try to download and install it. If you get some error during installation, due to the missing framework or everything else, please contact us. If the description of the error will be enough detailed, we'll try to solve the problem. Vista user have to run it as administrator to handle protected files.
