Conversion speed is fast and the output video is of high fidelity . I am pleased with this program.

none that I've found.

Expensive, not intuitive, and limited in scope. Nothing special. Google "free video converting software" and see what you get. Your options are plentiful. Just look at your options on TuCows alone...then check out the people at sourceforge.

I wish I could say anything positive about this product, but unfortunately I was never able to use it.

Summary
After downloading the product, I realized I would have a big watermark on my videos. I decided to purchase the full version to benefit from the software.
1. After completing my payment, I had to send an email request to the company to receive my serial number + id because they didn't send it as mentionned on the website.
2. After trying to register with the codes they provided, I got an error message. I emailed them back, and they asked me to delete it, download it again, etc.
3. I tried SEVERAL times all the methods they proposed(which included changing my computer's date backwards and checking my internet connection ???!!!) the software still failed to work, and I was never able to register,
4. Fed up of this back and forth nonsense with AppleMacSoft customer service (an email service by the way, so no way to actually talk to anybody) I ended up asking for a full refund.
5. I sent at least 3-4 refund requests to 2 different company emails, and they simply chose to ignore me.
Bottom line: THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM, DON'T BOTHER PURCHASING A LICENSE FROM THIS BOGUS COMPANY!
