All it works well and coverts the files just fine. The recording is good and the converting the files the way you want is quick too.
Cons
The ease of the program good be less taxing when it comes to setting up the stations to record from. It took me awhile to get it going and to understand how it works.
Summary
Nice to use and looking forward to the upgrades (hint hint)
Would not record .PLS from WinAmp, not much use to me

Ok, so I hate downloading garbage free programs only to find them useless or feature-less. Well, this does exactly what it says it does: Rips streams of music and organizes it so neatly! (great, if you're a freak about that sorta thing...) Oh yeah, and it's easy and stable. What more could you ask for? It's almost like "borrowing" music from net radio stations. I love it so much I feel warm and fuzzy. ;)

This is a great app that I've been using for sometime on OS 10.3. No problems at all. It's stable and does what it says. I burn my favorite internet radio stations on CDs and listen to them in the car at CD quality. Author also has a pro version that may be worth checking out. Record and Burn Baby Burn!

I personaly find it great. It'll rip your streams for you without eating more bandwith than the radio station requires. It even divides up incomplete files with complete ones. To be honest, I'm using it right now

This product seems to work o.k but one BIG problem is opens iTunes in OS 9!! when you ask it to play selction in iTunes. It should open iTunes 4 in OS 10 since it was designed for that OS.

StreamRipperX is an open-source (GPL) application for Mac OS X that allows you to listen to Internet radio streams and rip the songs as individual MP3 files. StreamRipperX uses the LIBMAD MPEG audio decoder and is a native Cocoa port of the Unix command-line tool, StreamRipper.
