Wouldn't you love to have all of your favorite YouTube videos on your hard drive so you can watch them offline? Sadly, this ad-supported download won't do that for you consistently enough to be worth recommending. When AllTubeDownloader does put a file on your computer, it's often of very poor quality.

Sometimes, this program can't even take you to the main menu without crashing. It takes a very long time to load -- so long that you'll try opening it again and the program will give you a very annoyed-sounding error message. Once you make it to the actual program, the layout is quite pleasant and user-friendly, except for the annoying ads. You can pay your way out of those if you want, of course. You can paste the URL to any site and choose your output format right away. AllTubeDownloader will offer to add a browser plug-in for easy converting too. However, it's really putting in a spammy plug-in that you'll want to uninstall the second you see it.

This program offers plenty of promises but doesn't really deliver on any of them. By the time you load the program and download the file, even the slowest of connections would have loaded the Web video. AllTubeDownloader just doesn't perform quickly or smoothly enough to match up with other YouTube downloaders.

I tried to download videos from HULU and CBS.com and it doesn't work. But finally I found on download.com a software that can download videos from YouTube, HULU, VK.com, CBS.com and works without problems :) It's called ChrisPC Free VideoTube Downloader.

It installs the very dangerous Trojan called DNSChanger
Cons
It installs the HELLO.WORLD Spyware onto all of your browsers. It installs up to 6 illicit Toolbars, plus various other adware. It makes unecessary changes to COM files & API's and will try to divert your traffic to Advertisers. It makes numerous changes to the Registry, many of which cannot be removed using its provided Uninstaller. It attempts to covertly monitor your Internet Traffic.

U have to start up AllTube from win--I like that. and when U just mark the Url on the browser-and instantly it makes ready to download. I works fast and smooth

Some of my "take care" programs -was not to happy about it..But so far AllTube has done no wrong on my pc

Pros
I downloaded videos from youtube, hulu, metacafe and daily motion without any problems. Works fast and converts videos great.

Great software and worked for me on Hulu as well. Way better and more convenient than regular youtube downloaders.
