We have created a branch of the Flash Player code that we keep up to date with all of the latest security updates, but none of the new features or bug fixes available in our current release branch. This allows organizations to certify and stay secure on Flash Player with minimal effort.

4/14/2015 - Updated debugger and standalone versions of Flash Player. These players contain fixes for critical vulnerabilities identified in Security Bulletin APSB 15-06. The latest version is 13.0.0.281 (Win and Mac). All users are encouraged to update to these latest versions

Summary
I have a Windows 7x64 bit PC. On it Adobe is 32. Recently Ive had Adobe Flash crashing all the time.. so this is what Ive found to do an update to 64. Guess it wont be happening.
Do not upgrade until Adobe admits to the problems

Summary
Adobe seems indifferent to the bug in this release which randomly generates an exception error. The video runs but the popups are annoying. The videos appear no better than the previous release.

Pros
Its safe - cannot install it at all. Detects wrong Browser type and OS you have - thinks you are on Windows 8 when on Windows 7 x64. Downloaded file says the digital signature is bad - and it was downloaded direct from Adobe. When it tries to install it hangs at 7% install - and then locks the browser.
Cons
Lots of people seem to have upgraded their web servers to this version - so you cannot see any videos at all.
Summary
Stay away from it for the next few months.

finally a standard for EVERY browser (except Apple)
Cons
each weekly update destroys previous functions and community fixes, and of course renders any website without the latest latest update functionless. Like Youtube was today.

I think Adobe is jealous everyone has 'stolen their idea' of having video on the internet and aims to bring us all down.
Crashes while watching you-tubes or videos.

Still crashes on a daily use . Mainly when trying to watch you- tube clips. Some work , then most start jumbled up and cannot stop them and then crashes ? Its like its loading half a dozen at once and playing the same one over the top of each other ?
