Active ISO File Manager is a software to author, edit and burn CD/DVD-ROM ISO images compatible with the ISO 9660 / Joliet standards. You can create ISO images from either existing CD/DVD-ROMs or from a set of existing files and folders. Command line parameters are supported to automate the ISO authoring/burning process. In addition, it lets you to extract files from ISO images as well as edit ISO content and then re-assemble ISO images.

Pros
I used Active File Manager to extract an iso file, it was as simple as could be.
Cons
The text is on the small side, it looks to be 10 point text. And $45 is rather a lot of money for what this program does.
Summary
Running the program is very simple, it's one screen. At the top, there's a line to find the path to an iso file.
Then there are settings to burn an iso files, extract an iso file and create an iso file. I only extracted an iso file, so I don't know if the burn iso file part works okay. -
