APS combines multi currency client/server multilingual accounting software and stock control with Point of Sale features and deferent types of transactions such as Cost Centers, Journal Entries, Receipt & Payment Vouchers, Printing customized cheques and wide range of reports and a complete Stock Control features such as item production, Item Card, Vendor Card, Checking Stock, printing sales invoices (A4,letter,pos and custom invoice),generate barcodes reports, calculated (indirect and direct) tax fields and transactions reports guaranteed to insure satisfaction from all users of the systems, Visual Account Tree, Visual Stock Tree(drag & drop items on invoice), Exporting Financial Reports to Excel, Skinnable User Interface, user custom reports can be posted to 19 data formats (including MS office), centralized database control tool, Menu Security, live update wizard, remote/local Backup & Restore option, language editor to add your own language, remote database connections over Internet, import/export wizard, Multi Currency, a complete third party report designer, and data repair option.
Version 3.1.5.1 adds menu security to remote data access.
