I had previously downloaded a different software which was unable to ready "this pdf format," but this "A-PDF Restrictions Remover 1.6.9" did the job in a couple of seconds.
By the way, it's fully functional in demo mode.
Cons
NONE it works beautifully and extremely fast; over 1000 pages in a couple of seconds.
