As a port from a Pocket PC game, 4Pinball PC Edition has some quirks. The installer asks you to choose whether to start the game and open the read-me file, but it provides no check boxes, so all you can do is hit Finish. The read-me file is nowhere to be found, in fact, but you can launch the game from the program icon on the desktop. Once you launch the game, the instructions for play are generally complete and helpful. The one thing it doesn't tell you is how to start the game. The game screen asks you to hit Start, but you really just hit the space bar. Launch the ball by holding, then releasing, the down arrow. The left Ctrl key is your left flipper, and the right Shift key is your right. You can tilt the table with the left, right, and up arrows, but the table will lock if you employ tilt too frequently. We adapted quickly to the scrolling made necessary by the Pocket PC-size window's dimensions (320-by-480). The play is quick and fun, although it allows you to reach the million-point stopping point a bit too easily. Despite its quirks, this game's charming graphics and authentic sounds make it a must for pinball fans.Publisher's description
From 4pockets :This pinball game features two high-color tables. Each carefully crafted table features custom graphics and is packed with custom multichannel sound effects and in-game speech. Multiple flippers are available. Particle and lighting effects are put to great use for smashing targets, ramming into catchers, and launching balls. Zoom around loops, hurtle through warps, smash targets, and bounce off bumpers and buffers. Other features include Extra Ball, Multi-Ball, Jackpot, Bumper Attack, and point-bonus-multiplier and score-multiplier systems with on-table display lights. This is the PC version of the popular Pocket PC game, which runs in a Pocket PC-size window (320-by-240 pixels) on your desktop.

Version: 4Pinball PC Edition 1.0
Pros: Game play is amazing; the flippers really make the ball soar.
Cons: The demo is limited to 1,000,000 points which can be reached very quickly. So the challenge of the game is questionable.
-
Version: 4Pinball PC Edition 1.0
Pros: Nothing
Cons: The demo is not good at all. No instuctions and a tiny window. Don't download unless you want to be REALLY frustrated.
-
Version: 4Pinball PC Edition 1.0
Summary: this is a crappy demo; comes up in a tiny window, and no instructions on how to start the game!
