I evaluated with SPYWARN which shows what apps are transmitting data and then gives you a final score. I typically am in the 6 or 7 range, very unlikely spyware is installed. After installing 360 Security it jumped to 46, highly likely spyware installed. It showed up by name in the graphs as transmitting data at a higher rate than any dormant app on my phone. I got rid of it.

for some reason i have add wear that i can not get off my phone from this company!!! it acts like a virus. i try to open google search and a fake warning screen opens and states my phone is infected (and i use both avg and malewarebytes on my phone) and directs me to download this software in google play..... as well as opening a page from facebook for this app ... and i don't even use facebook at all!!!! i have deleted both google chrome and search bar and emptied the caches and saved storage data....beware any company that does this and wants access to all your phones files with read/write is shady

I uninstalled it after using the virus scan before I used any other options. It detected a perceived virus in my Elite Unzip program which is safe and I did not want uninstalled or disabled..

Summary
I tried on phone and tablet. When scanning to clear up memory by closing apps, it said so much memory was cleaned. Then I closed the program and opened it again. It again showed how much memory could be gained. I clicked button again with same result. Are these apps starting again on their own or does this really do anytthing? I uninstalled and went back to Lookout.

Pros
*Light Weight *Easy to understand *very fast I had tried a couple of other security & antivirus programs before trying this one. So far, I have had to say that this is by far the best one I have used. The others that I had used, Avast Mobile Security & Advanced Mobile Care (I like Advanced System Care, just not the mobile), seemed to slow the system down, even if it was just slightly. After about a week of having Avast, I had started having problems with my phone, when I ran their tests, nothing turned up, then I downloaded & ran 360, it found that one of my apps was malware & also found a couple of viruses on my system. 360 is easy to use, quick & has a very nice layout. I have since been using their PC version of the 360 security & have not had a question about the possibility of viruses.
Cons
So far, the only con that I can really find is that it does not have the Anti-Theft features that some of the other programs that I have used (I paired 360 with TrustGo Mobile Security). Other than that, I have had no problems with this program.
Summary
Overall, I like this app & have used it to keep my system running in top shape. I would recommend it to my friends.
