PlayFitt para iOS

PlayFitt is a free fitness tracking application designed for iPhone users, merging gaming elements with physical activity. The app encourages users to meet daily movement goals through various exercises such as dance, steps, squats, and push-ups. It offers a rewarding experience by allowing users to earn rewards from popular brands like Amazon and Starbucks. Progress is tracked through streaks, motivating users to maintain their fitness journey with in-game avatars that celebrate achievements alongside them.

The application features automatic rep counting and generates weekly progress reports to keep users informed about their fitness development. Utilizing machine learning, PlayFitt adapts goals based on user progress, creating a personalized experience. The app also supports social interaction, allowing users to compete with friends on leaderboards. With full integration for Apple Watch and HealthKit, PlayFitt aims to enhance users' mood, energy, and overall wellness while addressing the negative effects of prolonged sitting.
