Yo-Yo Intermittent Test APK para Android

The Yo-Yo Intermittent Test app is designed for athletes looking to assess their stamina through structured tests that mirror the demands of sports like soccer and basketball. This free application offers both the Yo-Yo Intermittent Recovery Test and the Yo-Yo Intermittent Endurance Test, each available at two levels. Users can expect to receive audio prompts, visual countdowns for shuttles and recovery periods, and real-time tracking of distance and time elapsed during the tests. Upon completion, the app provides feedback on the level achieved and total distance run, along with a rough estimate of VO2Max for specific tests. While the basic version of the app does not allow for saving results directly, users can take screenshots for personal records. For those seeking enhanced features, a pro version is available, which includes advanced testing options, graphical analyses, and the ability to save and export results. This app serves as a valuable tool for athletes and fitness enthusiasts aiming to monitor and improve their performance.
