Serko Mobile is a free Travel and Expense Management app tailored for businesses utilizing Serko Online or Serko Expense. It enables users to access their entire travel itinerary, allowing for booking and modifications to trips, pending appropriate permissions. Additionally, the app facilitates the capture and storage of receipts for later processing through the Serko Expense desktop application.

The app supports booking of both domestic and trans-Tasman flights and hotels, and it provides users with the ability to view their complete travel itineraries both online and offline. Mobile check-in is available for major airlines, including Air NZ, Qantas, Virgin Australia, and Jetstar. The Premium Edition introduces unique features such as Travel Concierge, which includes flight alerts, maps, real-time traffic updates, and City Safe data, enhancing the overall travel experience.
