iAlertU para Mac

iAlertU is an open-source security application designed specifically for MacBook users looking to enhance their device's protection against theft. This program utilizes the built-in motion sensor and iSight camera to provide a robust alarm system that activates when the device is moved or when the keyboard or trackpad is engaged. Users can easily manage settings directly from the menu bar and even trigger the alarm remotely using an Apple Remote.

The program offers unique features such as the ability to capture a photo of a potential thief with the iSight camera and send it via email, providing valuable evidence in case of theft. While iAlertU is generally straightforward to use, users may find that its sensitivity can lead to false alarms if not calibrated correctly. Overall, iAlertU presents a practical solution for safeguarding MacBooks.
