Braains.io es un juego multijugador de zombis con física 2D.
Los jugadores pueden jugar como un superviviente humano o como un zombi.
Como superviviente humano, el jugador debe mover objetos para construir barricadas contra los zombis. Como zombi, el jugador debe ir tras los supervivientes humanos.
Una vez que un zombi toca a un superviviente humano, el superviviente se convierte en zombi él/ella mismo.
