Eligible users of this application are parents with children born at Blacktown or Nepean Hospitals as well as Auburn, Westmead or Blue Mountains Anzac Memorial Hospitals. The New South Wales Health mobile BlueBook allows parents to manage their childrens health records and monitor their development using a mobile device. The BlueBook connects parents to their health professionals, and helps the sharing of important health information about their children.
