WinTiles32 is the definitive tool to decorate and apply the tiles of the Start menu that is presented in the latest version of Windows. All you need to customize your Start with WinTile, is to have the images you want to use but if you do not decide yet, you can use Google image search, with the name of the application and limit the results to a resolution of 150x150, I'm sure you'll find the one you're looking for.
