Whistle for Android

This app provides two-factor authentication capabilities using fingerprinting for the Whistle. The Whistle is a whistleblowing system.

To use it, you must have an account. You can enable two-factor authentication by visiting your account's settings page, and then by clicking on two-factor authentication.

The app uses your phone's fingerprint sensor to digitally sign random data provided by the server, to implicitly verify your fingerprint. The server will never know your fingerprint, nor will any other party. Your fingerprint never comes into contact with the Android OS and remains solely on your phone's isolated fingerprint chip.
