VideoLat measures audio and video delays of conferencing systems and other multimedia processing pipelines. Run it on one device (iPhone, iPad, or Mac) in transmission mode and hold the device in front of the conferencing camera. Point the camera of a second device running videoLat at the receiver screen. After doing a number of measurements videoLat will tell you the delay of the conferencing system.
