Valley Wine Cellar is locally owned and operated by Kimberly Pentes and Mary Decker, both longtime residents of the Ohio Valley.

These great friends have spent many evenings enjoying a special bottle pondering the idea of a wine store. After many years of dreaming, the vision of Valley Wine Cellar was born! This labor of love began in the summer of 2007, coming to fruition in November of the same year. We officially opened our doors mid-November and have been going strong ever since.

The Valley has bestowed a warm welcome on our little wine shoppe! Its been a pleasure watching our business and customers palates grow. Our hope is we can continue to share our love of wine with the community by offering casual wine tastings in a comfortable atmosphere where all feel welcome. Wine production and education is constantly growing and evolving, we enjoy learning and expanding our palates and find passing along new finds to be very rewarding.
