'InfoAsk' Telco Analytics is a Telecom Business Intelligence App from OBSITECH Solutions, specifically for use on the I'phone device. This will provide with Network Administrators, Customer Care Managers and Business Service Managers to monitor on near real time / close to real time the impact of mobile usage traffic on their systems and the resultant failures or service down times on the mobile networks. This application is built on the MicroStrategy Mobile BI platform. This will help Operations Head to be able to access a unique Intelligent Information System to access timely information, anywhere on the go.
